And yet another character concept dedicated to the world of Exalted. Which underlines how much I'm looking forward to the release of Book of Exalted Powers: Abyssals, featuring some of my artwork.
Meet the Maiden of Thorns Falling from the Starless Night Skies of Void and Despair. Abyssal names are da coolness.
Yes, I consistently borrowed from Monster Hunter 2 for the design of the bow. It's supposed to be a level 5 artifact that has the ability to change between modules, giving different properties for each module (add to damage, make perfect hits, make hits impossible to parry or dodge, be able to strike nonmaterial targets such as spirits or other neat things). Still hadda think about the character itself, but it'll come to me, I think. I still have a month or so to decide details. If I manage to persuade the Storyteller, I could be playing this character after our Dragon Blooded chronicle.
I hope Exalted and Monster Hunter fans both enjoy.
PS: not a tablet work yet. I had to send the tablet back to the dealer because the active aread went loose, and so they should be giving me another one, hopefully next week. It's terrible to be back painting with a mouse after having tried the power of the tablet, even just for a couple of days...
Hmm..her features makes me question if she is actually living by judging white skin and build-features simliar to undead... hmm... leaves me to wonder. But she must be good at her professional judging from how she is able to carry that huge bow, it must weight lot.
Im a big fan of Monster Hunter and i say you did a great job. The bow looks fantastic and the character is just all around cool. The green bits were a good touch too lol
she looks awesome, love her outfit and the colours!!

Nearly all of us, if not every single one of us, have come across a deviation that just has a disappointing '...'. Conversely, some of us have even come across a massive wall of text.
Whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "Is that it?", or whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "What can I say?", this guide will hopefully provide you with some insight in how to go about writing a good description for your deviations, a.k.a. your Artist's (or Author's) Comments.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
